The Holy Spirit is God. The Holy Spirit cannot dwell in a sinful place but in people with whom God has found peace with. When the Holy Spirit is diffused in your entire being, when something comes at you, it is the Holy Spirit who will be seen, or will come out.
Get all focused on the Holy Spirit not on other spirits. When you talk to God, He will make sure nothing hinders that. When you receive Jesus, your body becomes the temple of the Holy Spirit.
Honor God and bring glory to Him in your body. God is not worshiped with things that are made by men because He gives to all life, breath and things.
God is worshiped through you. Your refreshing comes from the Presence of God.
