Holy Spirit is a person and He is present ever since creation. Holy Spirit is the Revealer of the deep things of God. If anything, that is not from the Holy Spirit, then it has no power to give life.
You do not know all truth without the Holy Spirit. It’s the power of the Holy Spirit that performs signs and wonders, including healing through you. When the word of God is preached in purity, then signs and wonders take place through the power of the Holy Spirit.
Jesus still does miracles through the person, Holy Spirit. If we are not preaching the pure word of God and if we are not seeing/performing signs and wonders then we are falling back on what a New Testament church should look like.
Holy Spirit is not a dove, but like a dove. Do not grieve the Holy Spirit.
